STRATEGIC GEOPOLITICAL ALTERNATIVES
Emphasis on constructive remedies juxtaposed with ostensible incongruities, i.e., can a solution be promulgated that is mutually beneficial to all parties or does it deteriorate into a zero-sum game_ some parties always ending up on the short end of the stick.
